US Real Estate Ventures, LLC was formed in 2009 by Bob and Travis Bryenton to concentrate their efforts around commercial real estate. After years of single-family real estate investments, there was a desire by Bob and Travis to move into multi-Family housing.

Over the last decade, the focus was buying single-family homes, mixed-use buildings, and rehabbing and selling properties; this has evolved into the future direction of US Real Estate Ventures, LLC (USREV) to take advantage of the current real estate climate of depressed valuations in the multi-family market. The company has either aligned or contracted with experts in the fields of finance, economics, networking, valuation, asset and property management, and due diligence to tackle the challenges of acquiring large multi-family properties. USREV has also contracted with seasoned experts who own thousands of units in the multi-family market to consult on each project
